Professor Zhou Jiliu, as PhD. and President of Chengdu University, is mainly engaged in the research work about computer graphics and image processing, computational intelligence, information hiding technology, fractional calculus theories and applications on the latest signal processing and image processing.Professor Zhou Jiliu is the reviewer for the National Award of Advance of Science and Technology, the National Award of Technical Invention and the National Natural Science Foundation. He is also the Soft Engineering Discipline Committee member of the Teaching Directing Conference of Institutes of Higher Learning of Ministry of Education, the vice director of the Intelligent CAD and Digital Art Committee of China Society of Image and Graphics, the vice director of the Intelligent CAD and Digital Art Committee of China National Conference on Artificial Intelligence.

     Zhang Meimei, associate professor, vice-chairman of Beijing Sexuality Health Education and Research Association.Professor Zhang has carried on education studies and teaching activities of adolescent sexuality education for 18 years. At present, she take charge of the work of Beijing Sexuality Health Education and Research Association , especially in the work for development of sexuality education. And also she set up many courses and lectures about sexuality education in Beijing. She participates and takes charge of many scientific subjects, such as the projects supported by the Ford Foundation. And also she participates in writing many textbooks of sexuality education in schools and universities. Professor Zhang usually conducts lectures on sexuality education for teachers and parents.       Lee Ming Ying,she is the Education Manager of The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong (FPAHK) dedicated to promoting sexuality education in the local community. Throughout the past years, she has been closely involved in planning education programs and trainings for schools, PTAs and social services agencies. She also oversees the development of youth volunteer services, a resource centre, a mobile classroom, multi-media resources and FPAHK sexuality education website (www.famplan.org.hk/sexedu). She obtained a Master Degree in Social Services Management from the University of Hong Kong, and completed a Sex Therapy Certification Course. She is currently a member of the Hong Kong AIDS Foundation-Education Committee, and an advisor for the Macao Society of Sexuality Education.

       Liu Dalin , the professor on sociology of Shanghai University, a famous sociologist and sexologist in present China.      Susie Jolly is Sexuality and Reproductive Health Education program officer in the Ford Foundation Beijing office. Her grant making supports organizations that promote sexuality and reproductive health education in China with a particular focus on poor and vulnerable communities.Before joining the Ford Foundation in 2010, Susie founded and convened the Sexuality and Development Programme in the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex. She earlier served as communications officer in the IDS gender information unit. From 1994 to 1998, Susie lived in Beijing, working as a program officer on poverty reduction for the United Nations Development Programme. She served in Brussels as political aide to members of the European Parliament from 1991 to 1994.She was awarded an MPhil in development studies at IDS in 2000. She earned her undergraduate degree at Oxford University and undertook further study at China Women's University in Beijing. Susie has published widely on gender, sexuality and development.
 
  
     Kevin Jennings,CEO Arcus Foundation,Past Deputy Secretary of Education of United States ,BA(Harvard University),MBA(NYU).He served as the faculty advisor to the nation’s first Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) leading him in 1990 to found the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a national education organization bringing together lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and straight teachers, parents, students, and community members who wanted to end anti-LGBT bias in our schools. From 2009-2011 Kevin served as Assistant Deputy Secretary of Education, heading the department’s Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools (OSDFS). In this role, Mr. Jennings led federal efforts to promote the safety, health and well-being of America’s students.Kevin has received the “Friend of Children” Award from the National Association of School Psychologists, the Human and Civil Rights Award of the National Education Association, the Distinguished Service Award of the National Association of Secondary School Principals, and the Diversity Leadership Award of the National Association of Independent Schools. Mr. Jennings has authored six books, with his latest, Mama’s Boy, Preacher’s Son: A Memoir, being named a Book of Honor by the American Library Association in 2006. Xu Zhenlei,He is the director of The National Commission for Adolescent Sexual Health Education of China Sexology Association. His major is Health Psychology and Sexual Psychology. He graduated from the School of Basic Medical Sciences in Peking University Health Science Center, and then got his master degree in Department of Medical Psychology in Peking University Health Science.       Hu Zhen, Professor in Chengdu University.She has already done a lot of work on research and teaching activities on adolescents’ sexuality education for 20 years. Now she is in charge of the Teenagers’ Universal Sexuality Education Base of Sichuan Province and AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth (APEPCY)。She also take responsibility for the implement of the adolescents’ sexuality education and school sexuality education in Sichuan and Chengdu. She set up the major of “sexuality education teachers” in Chengdu University, and also give many sexuality education lessons. She is a director in many research projects in the national level and the provincial level (including the projects funded by the Ford Foudation).She has already published many sexuality education books for university, middle school and primary school, and also published more than 50 papers. Her books and papers award prize many times, and she was rated as excellent experts and national philosophy and sociology (Adolescents’ sexuality education) experts.
